Hey Beth Baker!
I was wandering through the frozen treats section at the grocery store today, trying to talk myself out of buying a gallon of ice cream or Popsicles, or Drumsticks, or ice cream sandwiches, etc. and I was wondering if you had any slightly healthier versions of any of these summer treats for your kids. Just a cold treat that doesn’t have a bunch of artificial garbage in it, or maybe that’s just cheaper and more fun. Any ideas?
We do freeze our smoothie extras in Popsicle molds. And we make homemade ice cream. The kids love a pretty simple concoction of frozen almond milk, bananas, and chocolate blended together and frozen. Good luck!!!
